Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each cruise. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

Limousine transfer service is not included in the tour price.
Travelers are not limited to luggage on board, but it is best to bring only one suitcase with necessary items under 20kg.
Children over 11 years old will be charged as adults.
The program ends at around 11:30 am the second day and if you book the transfer, it will take you back to your hotel in Hanoi around 15:00 - 16:00 (depending on what kind of transfer)

Alisa Premier Cruise has a high-class spa service, but this service is not included in the tour price. You can book and pay for this service directly on board.
