Things to know
Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each train. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

The cancellation of trip due to weather conditions will be specified directly by the Bay Management Board. Please refer to Halong Cruise's delay/cancellation policy due to weather conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Travelers with special menu requirements such as vegetarian or allergic foods need to notify the ship at least 01 week before departure date.
WIFI is available on board but signal is unstable when passing through some rocky areas.
Services not included in the tour price such as shuttle bus, visa, kayaking, drinks, spa on board, personal expenses for items not included in the inclusions.
The cruise serves 3 main meals of the day and a light meal on the last day before the ship docks back to the mainland.
All rooms on Dynasty Halong Cruise are designed with private balconies so that you can enjoy the wonderful view on the bay.

Dynasty Cruise is absolutely amazing in every way, from cskh, guide, staff etc... very attentive, cheerful and enthusiastic. Ships are of free quality. If there is a chance, I still want to accompany Dynasty many more times.
The 2 days 1 night trip was really a great experience, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic, always supporting the smallest things, the cruise was not big but big, the rooms were spacious and clean. Yes, the swimming pool has a very relaxing jacuzzi, if I go again, I will still choose this boat.
