About Lavender Elegance Cruise
Lavender Elegance Cruise is designed in the style of a traditional Vietnamese ship, using completely wooden materials.
The cabin on board ensures comfort. for guests to stay comfortable such as air conditioning, hot and cold water, drinking water in the room and other safety equipment. The restaurant with a capacity of 30 guests specializes in serving Vietnamese dishes and some other international dishes. Special menu requests such as vegetarian meals should be communicated to the ship prior to departure date. Guests can request private services such as massage, private transfer.

Things to know
Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each train. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

The cruise ship has a shuttle service with 16 or 29 seats. The bus departs from Hanoi at 8:00 - 8:30. Private transfers can be arranged upon request.
