Check-in time is from 12:15-12:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:45 am to check in before boarding.
Check out time is from 9:30am to 10:30am depending on the schedule of each cruise. After check-out, you will be served lunch on board before the ship docked.
Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents when checking in.

A true vacation. Everything is perfect, comfortable, and very beautiful, the staff is extremely delicate, lovely, and attentive.
Love the wooden decoration in the interior. My Senior suite is superb, very neat, comfortable, and well-equipped. I traveled alone but the staff was very caring and took care of me all the time. Shout out to the whole team!
Adela Cruise ship is very nice. The public areas and private cabins are beautifully designed. You can find all things needed for a comfortable sleep in your cabin. We really love the small balcony from our Junior Cabin. Would recommend everyone.
Ha Long Bay is magnificent. The ship brings us to untouched areas and we enjoyed the view and activities a lot. Adela Cruise's decor is very nice and cozy. The cabins are spacious and have balconies. Afternoon kayaking is very fun, this is an unforgettable experience for me.
My friend and I booked 1 night on Adela Cruise. The boat is pretty new and well maintained. We got 4 meals which are plentiful, varied and yummy. The waiters are always polite and willing to help during the meal. Our guide is knowledgeable and funny. He even brought me a cup of ginger tea when I has stomache. Really appreciate that!
